Audley

Audley, the developer and operator of retirement villages across the UK is working with Calthorpe Estates to create a new scheme on Church Road.

Planning was granted in February 2011 by Birmingham City Council to provide 95 apartments centred around two Georgian Villas which will be restored.

Work is due to start in 2012 with the first residents taking occupation a year later.
