A 200 bedroom hotel which will be operated by Hilton Doubletree complete with luxury health club including a spa, pool, café and three restaurants is being developed for Edgbaston Mill.
Calthorpe Estates and Wylam Investments (Edgbaston Holdings Limited) secured planning approval in November 2010 to create a stunning, first class leisure complex that will make Edgbaston Mill a top destination for visitors and residents.
Work has commenced with the aim of opening the hotel and leisure facilities by Summer 2013.
