The Peach Pub Company, which runs The High Field and The High Field Town House boutique hotel in the heart of Edgbaston Village has been named one of the best places to work in the country by The Sunday Times in the newspaper’s Top 100 Best Companies to Work For guide.
The company was ranked 45 with a two star accreditation in The Sunday Times 17th annual survey.
David Cumberlidge, Peach Partner said; “When we started Peach fifteen years ago we set out to open one, really great pub. Now, to be recognised as one of the best companies to work for in the whole UK is a dream come true.
“We’re a great team of like-minded individuals serving fantastic food and drink with huge enthusiasm and it’s the team and our teamwork that make it possible for our guests to have a great experience every day in all of the 18 places we now have, including here at The High Field and The High Field Town House.”
Mark Lee, Chief Executive added; “Our aim across the Estate is to create the best place to work and live and we congratulate Peach Pubs in achieving this national accolade as a great place to work. The High Field is a very popular gastro pub and boutique hotel in Edgbaston Village and has attracted many customers who appreciate the quality menus, drinks and service. The recognition is well deserved.”
