President's Golf Day a Swinging Success

Calthorpe Estates’ bi-annual President’s Golf Day once again proved to be a massive hit with some of Birmingham’s business leaders earlier this year.

A select group of the City’s business men and women were invited to test their skills over Edgbaston Golf Club’s first class course, before enjoying a superb three-course meal and entertainment from ex-snooker star Dennis Taylor.

Jayne Herritty, Sales and Marketing Director of Calthorpe Estates said: "The day was a great success. We had fantastic weather, clear skies throughout and there was definitely a competitive air about the place. The event was very relaxed and provided some of the area's prominent individuals to meet and share their thoughts on the future of the region.”

Enjoying the day were representatives from organisations including Lloyds TSB, University of Birmingham, Barclays Bank, GVA Grimley, DTZ, Whitbread and Redrow Homes.
