New Era for Edgbaston

Calthorpe Estates’ Chief Executive Richard Allen and Shaw & Co Managing Director, Andrew Shaw tie a fir tree to the roof of the £2.2 million office scheme, 19 George Road.

The time-honoured tradition is part of a topping out ceremony, which marks the structural completion of the building.

The 1,200 sq m environmentally sustainable scheme located in Edgbaston, is being made to the highest design and architectural standards while also being energy efficient. Calthorpe Estates is developing the building for residents, Shaw & Co, the largest firm of dedicated chartered tax advisers in the UK.
