New Retail Vision for Edgbaston

Calthorpe Estates’ vision for Edgbaston to become a new retail destination is taking shape with the £100 million Edgbaston Mill scheme making significant progress. The nine-acre development blends 344 contemporary apartments with a range of quality retail, restaurant and leisure facilities, Grade A office space and a luxury 120-bed hotel - all opposite the world-renowned Edgbaston Cricket Ground.

Full planning consent is anticipated in March, with phase one of the commercial element expected to start on site this Autumn.
