Calthorpe Estates Appoint New Director of Development

Property development and investment company Calthorpe Estates is strengthening their team with the appointment of Mark Lambert as Director of Development.

Mr Lambert, previously Development Manager at Hartwell plc in Oxford, will oversee the development of the £110 million mixed-use scheme, Edgbaston Galleries, the largest regeneration project of a primary gateway to Birmingham city centre.

He brings with him vast experience in commercial property, with 10 years specialising in office buildings and retail parks. Most recently he was involved in the development of a Grade A office development of 55,000 sq ft in Bristol.

Mr Lambert said: “Calthorpe Estates has an impressive vision and portfolio of developments in Edgbaston and is making significant progress in shaping the future landscape of Birmingham.
