• Experience of delivering commercial deals with managing associated promotional campaigns

• Excellent communication skills including IT and E marketing

Building Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced person to work closely with our Development Team to efficiently manage the repairs, maintenance and refurbishment programmes for our residential and commercial properties. • Experience of handling building and maintenance contracts and associated legal documentation
• Have or working towards a recognised professional qualification or relevant experience

Part time Team Secretary/Receptionist

Circa £18,000 pro rata package, Birmingham Based

We require an experienced, professional person to work as part of our reception team in addition to providing secretarial support to the Sales and Marketing Department. You will have accurate, efficient administration and office management skills, be familiar and competent with Microsoft packages in addition to having excellent communication skills. We are a dynamic friendly team committed to high quality services.
