Team

We manage the Estate from our Head Office on the Hagley Road in Edgbaston.
The team is led by Chief Executive Richard Allen, who is supported by Mark Lee, Chief Financial Officer and Jayne Herritty, Sales and Marketing Director.

Our team of experts in development, research, sales and marketing, finance and legals work together closely to ensure that The Estate is managed effectively and our major regeneration and refurbishment programmes are a success.
 

Richard Allen - Chief Executive

Richard was appointed Chief Executive in 1996 and tasked with formulating the strategic direction of the business and significantly improving performance.

His previous appointments were with a number of major national and international businesses.

Jayne Herritty - Sales and Marketing Director

Jayne joined Calthorpe Estates in 2000 and is responsible for strategic direction of all sales and marketing activity across the company’s property portfolio.

She brings 20 years of experience in the property and related services industry to her role with previous appointments including Sales & Marketing Director at Birkby PLC.

Mark Lee - Chief Financial Officer

Mark is a Chartered Accountant and worked in merchant banking before holding Finance Director roles in various PLC and private equity backed businesses.
