We manage the Estate from our Head Office on the Hagley Road in Edgbaston.
The team is led by Chief Executive Richard Allen, who is supported by David Povall, Commercial Director and Graham Pick, Finance Director.
Our team of experts in development, research, sales and marketing, finance and legals work together closely to ensure that the Estate is managed effectively and our major regeneration and refurbishment programmes are a success.
Richard Allen - Chief Executive
Richard was appointed Chief Executive in 1996 and tasked with formulating the strategic direction of the business and significantly improving performance.
His previous appointments were with a number of major national and international businesses.
David Povall - Commercial Director
David was appointed to this new position in 2005 and is responsible for driving the commercial activities of the business to fruition.
Prior to Calthorpe Estates, David spent five years in Asia developing energy businesses and major infrastructure schemes.
Graham Pick - Finance Director
Graham joined Calthorpe Estates in 1999 as Finance Director, taking responsibility for all financial management of the trust and corporate structure.
Prior to Calthorpe Estates, Graham was Finance Director at Bromford Housing Group.
