Calthorpe Business Alliance

The Calthorpe Business Alliance is an independent association established by Calthorpe Estates to promote the mutual interests of all its business customers. By forging a unique business alliance, we are creating an opportunity to unite for the benefit of members. Our aim is to find ways to improve the dynamic business environment on the Estate and make it the best place in which to live and work. Membership of the Alliance is open to all Calthorpe Estates’ business customers and other organisations such as schools and hospitals. Member Update

Calthorpe Estates and members of the Calthorpe Business Alliance are currently developing plans for a new look Alliance. This is in order to create a closer working relationship with the Edgbaston constituency team on key issues such as transport and the environment. Business information, networking and event initiatives of the Calthorpe Business Alliance will be delivered separately through an annual calendar of activity.

Additionally, and with regret, we can confirm that due to the pressure of other business commitments, Tony Timberlake has recently stood down as Chair of the group. Calthorpe Estates would like to thank him for all of his efforts on behalf of the Calthorpe Business Alliance over the last few years. The senior management team at Calthorpe Estates is currently meeting with a number of interested individuals to progress the selection of Tony Timberlake's replacement as Chair.

The next Calthorpe Business Alliance meeting will be held in September 2007.
