Our commitment to sustainability is evidenced by our latest development of 107,044 sq ft of new Grade A offices at Calthorpe House, which has been awarded a BREEAM* rating of 'Excellent'.

Other landmark developments include mixed-use schemes at Edgbaston Mill and research, development space at University Science Park Pebble Mill and 19 George Road which was the first commercial scheme in Birmingham ever to receive a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’.
