Our latest development, 19 George Road, has been awarded a BREEAM* rating of ‘Excellent’ – the first commercial scheme in Birmingham ever to receive the accolade. Our commitment to sustainability is further evidenced by Calthorpe House, which has also been awarded another 'Excellent' BREEAM rating.
