The Estate is home to a range of occupiers, from large multinational businesses to local accountants and charities who together create our business community. Occupiers include Thermo Fisher Scientific, Barker Brettell, Handelsbanken, Scrivens, Big Lottery Fund, JW Hinks and ROSPA to name but a few.

We offer office spaces in period buildings and more modern developments, clustering towards Five Ways. This enables us to meet a variety of needs and space requirements (predominantly with parking) in a green and leafy environment but still just minutes from the city centre.  

The commercial district is easily accessible and served by Five Ways Rail Station which provides a three minute cross city service to Birmingham New Street, enhanced further by Edgbaston Village Metro stop connecting to the city centre and onwards to Wolverhampton. Edgbaston sits outside Birmingham’s Clear Air Zone.
