Leo Kattou wins prestigious national award
Leo Kattou, head chef at Michelin-starred Simpsons restaurant on the Calthorpe Estate, has won a prestigious national award to add to his list of accolades, which include him getting the finals stages of Master Chef The Professionals.
He has recently won The Caterer’s Acorn Awards, which recognises 30 of the industry’s most talented stars under 30. He was nominated by his peers for his outstanding ability, success, innovation and dedication.
