“It has seen the transformation of the 27-acre location; Calthorpe Estates has invested in the infrastructure, a new substation, a Tranquillity Garden and partnered with the Environment Agency in £4million flood alleviation scheme around part of the site. Once finished Pebble Mill will deliver over 46,450 sq m (500,000 sq ft) of innovative medical and healthcare centres for the region, and encourage top specialists, further investment, visitors and jobs to Birmingham.

“In recent weeks we have been responding to the COVID crisis by making a number of changes to how we serve our coffee. This has included introducing social distancing in our drive-thru lanes via an extendable shelf, going contactless and enhancing our hygiene procedures.
“We’re delighted to be part of this thriving community, and the safety of our team members and customers remains our number one priority. We are looking forward to serving residents, those visiting or working at Pebble Mill, as well as commuters in and out of the city, in the coming days, weeks and months.”
