Supporting our businesses

We believe in a partnership approach and with that in mind created the Calthorpe Business Community (CBC), as an independent association to promote the mutual interests of all our business customers across the Estate.

Since its inception it has gone from strength-to-strength and has helped to improve the dynamic business community in Edgbaston.

News, events and support

We regularly get together with our customers at a series of Calthorpe Estates events throughout the year, sharing with them updates, news from across the Estate and developments. Furthermore, we take a strong interest in our customers businesses, where possible promoting them through social media, our newsletter and by encouraging them to establish relationships with other customers across the Estate.
