A well-connected location
Less than a mile from Birmingham city centre, Edgbaston has excellent transport links through rail, road and air. Located outside the Clean Air Congestion zone, now benefits from the newly opened Metro tram extension, with the Edgbaston Village stop along the Hagley Road, followed by the SPRINT, in addition to the Cycle Revolution taking place across the city.
Rail
Birmingham is a fantastically well-connected city, well served by three major railway stations – Birmingham New Street, Birmingham Snow Hill and Birmingham Moor Street.

Birmingham New Street Station, after undergoing a £600m redevelopment programme, is now a state-of-the-art transport hub with a capacity of 52 million passengers per year, it connects to the UK transport networks. Local station, Five Ways provides services to the regional network, whilst Snow Hill and Moor Street provide additional services to the national network.
Edgbaston is served by Five Ways, which is used by over 1.4m passengers a year.

Metro
The extension to the Midland Metro, followed by the SPRINT, will provide much improved connectivity via a high quality and reliable service.
The Edgbaston stop, named ‘Edgbaston Village’ stops at 54 Hagley Road.
The Metro now runs from Centenary Square and with the newly opened Edgbaston Village stop extends through to Hagley Road.

Well connected
The Midland Metro provides links Wolverhampton to Birmingham city centre and Birmingham New Street, it provides excellent connectivity for both business and leisure, with great access to the Central Business District and Centenary Square, which is home to HSBC’s new offices, Birmingham Library and the International Convention Centre.

Road
Edgbaston is perfectly located and easily accessible, with Birmingham at the centre of the national motorway network. It is 4.7 miles from the M6, 4.6 miles from the M5, with excellent links to the M42, M1, M40 and M54 motorways.
