If you wish to make an Enfranchisement claim, you must serve a valid Notice of Claim, in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967. All freehold sales on the Calthorpe Estate are subject to the Scheme of Management (Residents Handbook – Calthorpe Estates), granted pursuant to Section 19 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967.
To extend the lease of a flat, a valid Notice of Claim should be served, in accordance with Section 42 of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
