Calthorpe Estates ‘three months free parking’ promotion is open only to UK residents aged 18+ and those entities registered in England or Wales at Companies House. To be eligible, entrants must have taken a lease of office space as tenant, for not less than 12 months, at 1 Greenfield Crescent, Edgbaston, Birmingham. The promotion closes on 1 December 2025, or if earlier, the date on which all rooms available to let at 1 Greenfield Crescent shall have been let. Full Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Eligibility: This promotion is open only to the residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over and to those entities registered in England or Wales at Companies House, which resident or entity shall have first entered into a lease with Calthorpe Estates, during the Entry Period (as defined in clause 2), of not less than 12 months for office space at 1 Greenfield Crescent, Edgbaston, Birmingham on commercial terms to be agreed between the entrant and Calthorpe Estates (“the Lease”). Upon completion of the Lease, the entrant shall become eligible for this promotion (“the Eligible Tenant”). Employees of the Promoter, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter. By entering the promotion, the entrant acknowledges that it shall be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Entry Period: This promotion opens on 17 March 2025 and closes  on 1 December 2025, or if earlier, the date on which all rooms available to let at 1 Greenfield Crescent shall have been let. (“the Entry Period”).
  3. Prize: Each Eligible Tenant will receive three months free parking for 1 private vehicle at the Calthorpe Estate commencing on the date of completion of the parking licence completed in accordance with clause 7 below.
  4. How to Enter: To enter, please contact [email protected] to discuss and agree the terms of the Lease.
  5. Selection: Each Eligible Tenant during the Entry Period will be selected to receive the Prize.
  6. Notification: Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Eligible Tenant using the details provided on entry within 5 working days of the completion date of the Lease. However, if a response has not been received within 5 working days, or if the Eligible Tenant is determined to be ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the Prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to the provision of incorrect contact details by the entrant.
  7. Claiming the Prize: The Eligible Tenant must, within 15 working days of notification pursuant to clause 6, complete a parking licence with Calthorpe Estates on Calthorpe Estates standard terms (which can be made available on request), to occupy the parking space, which parking licence will provide the Eligible Tenant with the benefit of the Prize (“the Parking Licence”).
  8. General Conditions:
    1. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold, underlet, auctioned or exchanged for cash. No cash or other alternative to the Prize will be offered unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
    3. The Eligible Tenant will receive their Prize immediately on completion of the Parking Licence, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.
    4. This promotion shall not impose any obligation on either Calthorpe Estates or the entrant to enter into the Lease, which shall be at the absolute discretion of each of the parties.
    5. The parking space shall be allocated under the Parking Licence at the Calthorpe Estate, meaning the surrounding and nearby land in the ownership of Calthorpe Estates or it’s connected entities.
  9. GDPR:
    1. The Promoter is required to comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to the processing of any personal information obtained from you, including when you take part in this promotion.
    2. By entering this promotion, you have provided your personal information: Name and Email Address to the Promoter, who is the Data Controller. Your personal information will be processed by the Promoter in performing the contract you have entered into by taking part in the promotion. It will not be used for any other purposes, other than as stated in these terms and conditions.
    3. Any personal information collected will be used for administrative or operational reasons connected with the promotion, including to communicate with you in order that the Promoter may administer the promotion, arrange the Prize and discuss any specific requirements with the Eligible Tenant. The Promoter will not pass your personal information outside of the EEA or to any other external organisation without your prior permission.
    4. Your personal information will be retained for a maximum of six months from the expiry of the Entry Period to enable the Promoter to complete administration of the promotion and to comply with its obligations under the Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code.
    5. You have the right to object to the processing of personal information and to have inaccurate personal data rectified, blocked, erased or destroyed. If you have a concern about the way the Promoter is collecting or using your personal data, please raise your concern with the Data Protection Officer in the first instance at [email protected].   10. Cookies: The Promoter may download cookies to your computer when you log on to the Promoter’s website.   11. No Bulk: No bulk, machine-generated consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries are restricted to one entry per person or entity. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same person or account, only the first entry to complete the Lease will be accepted.
  12. The Promoter’s rights:
    1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, inappropriate, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, technical or telecommunications faults. Proof of submitting is not proof of receipt.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the Eligible Tenant including, but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required, and to withdraw a prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise where an entrant has gained advantage in participating in the promotion or has won using fraudulent means.
    3. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

 

  1. Disputes: The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  2. Limit of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this promotion or taking up a Prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
  3. Marketing: The Eligible Tenant may be asked to take part in publicity relating to this promotion but this will be discussed with them before taking place.
  4. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
