Andrew Parker – Andrew has retired from the board after 10 years as trustee and then chair. Andrew has overseen the emergence of Edgbaston Village, New Garden Square and Pebble Mill as exciting reimagined locations in Birmingham. Our sincere thanks go to Andrew for his leadership and guidance.
Phil Clark – We are delighted to announce that Phil replaces Andrew as chair with effect from 1 August 2023. Phil is also Non Executive Chair at Pinnacle Investments, a UK Living Sectors business and member of Council at University College London. Phil has spent most of his career in fund management including at Aegon Asset Management and Aviva Investors. He is chair of the RICS Commercial Property Forum.
Paula Hay-Plumb OBE – We would like to congratulate Paula for her recognition in the recent King’s Birthday Honours List with an OBE for services to the public sector.
